BIGBLOOM Atelier - Studio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our creative sanctuary! To ensure a smooth, inspiring experience for everyone, please review our simple guidelines before your session:

Age & Drop-off (Ages 14+) Our studio sessions are designed for creators aged 14 and above. Parents/guardians are kindly asked to drop students off and return promptly for pick-up at the end of the session, as we do not have a waiting area inside the studio.

Arrival Time If possible, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your scheduled session. This gives you plenty of time to grab an apron, get settled, and set up your materials so we can start creating right on time.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy Your easel and materials are reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so via scheduling portal (or notify us) at least 48 hours before your session start time. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Studio Attire & Liability Making art can get wonderfully messy! While we provide aprons, we highly recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting dirty. Please note that the studio is not liable for any stains, splashes, or damage caused to your personal clothing, shoes, or belongings during your visit.

Media Consent We love sharing our community's creativity! By joining a session, you agree that the studio may take casual photos or videos of the workshop for promotional use. However your privacy is paramount to us. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let your instructor know before we begin.

Allergies & Sensitivities Our studio utilizes professional paints, mediums, and cleaning agents. Participants are responsible for alerting staff to any severe skin or respiratory sensitivities, and assume personal responsibility for their well-being.

Studio Safety & Care We ask all creators to treat our space, tools, and fellow students with respect. Please follow instructor guidelines on the safe handling of brushes and studio equipment.

Finished Painting Storage Time As our studio has limited storage space, we kindly ask you to collect your finished work within 1 month. We can accommodate special circumstances should you not be able to collect in time, on case by case basis.
